Seeking a proficient and innovative administration assistant to assist a small short term property rental company in exclusive Mayfair. You will be working with the director to ensure the smooth operations of the business.

Duties

Responding to booking enquiries from websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Holiday lettings and HomeAway
Update and maintenance of all property listings
Guest relations
Data entry
Guests check in/out
chasing up of accounts and payments
Proposal preparation
cleaning team co-ordination

Required skills

Good English
self-starter
self-management
Sales experience beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excel skills essential
Powerpoint skills essential
Knowledge of online accommodation market beneficial
Knowledge of Hotel reservation beneficial
